  • 1 pack flat spaghetti
  • 2 lemons
  • 150 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 1 water glass grated parmesan cheese

  • 10-12 pieces of parsley leaf

Key point

Use broad-cut macaroni (flat spaghetti, fettuccine, tagliatelle, etc.) to get better results in order to get a creamy consistency when making pasta with sauces and to make the pasta better.

How is it prepared?

  1. Add plenty of water and 3 tablespoons salt to a pot and let it boil. Prepare other ingredients while boiling water.

  2. Take the water of the lemons tight and take a lemon juice to the side. Do not throw away the shells of the lemons that you are tired of, then you will use them.

  3. Grate the parmesan cheese and take a side and separate the small pieces of the room-based butter.

  4. When the macaroni juice boils, pour it into the pasta and cook it for about the minute indicated on the package.

  5. When the pasta is baking, take another pot with a non-stick base to the end of the cooking period and heat it up a little, then cover the pot after the pot is warmed.

  6. The macaroni is not cooked, take the pasta from the water with the help of a pasta scoop and transfer it to the other pot that you have heated on the cooker.

  7. Add the butter and the lemon juice, which you have prepared in small pieces on top of the other pot, and mix it with a wooden spoon until the butter is completely melted. When the butter is melted, add in the pasta water as much as ½ cup of water and mix several times more quickly.

  8. Pour a small amount of Parmesan for decoration, pour the remaining Parmesan over the pasta, and mix with a wooden spoon until it is completely melted. If you think that the heat of the pasta is insufficient, you can open the bottom of the pot for about 1 minute.

  9. After the cheese is completely melted, my macaroni will have a creamy consistency. Serve hot on the serving plates and serve freshly ground black pepper, some parmesan and olive oil.
