- 250 grams of powdered sugar
- 40 gr grams of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 piece of lemon rind
- 600 milliliters of water
- 4 branch fresh mint leaves
How is it prepared?
For syrup, boil until a tanned water and sugar become a homogenous mixture.
When syrup is boiled, take it from the heat and let it cool.
Transfer the sugar syrup to a vat and mix with grated lemon.
After adding lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix well.
Get the mold to freeze the mixture and stand in the freezer for 1 night.
Serve with mint leaves.
You can shape the lemon peel with a peeler and make a difference during presentation.
