Ingredients

  • 250 grams of powdered sugar
  • 40 gr grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of lemon rind
  • 600 milliliters of water

    To decorate:

  • 4 branch fresh mint leaves

How is it prepared?

  1. For syrup, boil until a tanned water and sugar become a homogenous mixture.

  2. When syrup is boiled, take it from the heat and let it cool.

  3. Transfer the sugar syrup to a vat and mix with grated lemon.

  4. After adding lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix well.

  5. Get the mold to freeze the mixture and stand in the freezer for 1 night.

  6. Serve with mint leaves.




Service Offer

You can shape the lemon peel with a peeler and make a difference during presentation.
