- 1 kg of peas

- 4-5 fresh green onions (finely chopped)

- 1/2 bunch of dill
How to make?
For peas lemon, choose peas fresh if it is in its season, otherwise we can use frozen.
Heat olive oil in a shallow and shallow pot and sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 ‘to become transparent. Add the potatoes cut into big bites and stir to grease. Add the peas, the carrot in slices and the fresh onions in thin slices. Add water until the materials are half-stuffed.
From the time of boiling, we cover the food, lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until the vegetables soften and the potatoes melt. Toward the end of the boil, sprinkle with the dill and salt.
Stir the pot out of the handles so that the materials do not melt. Finally add juice of fresh lemon about 2 medium or at will. The peas must in the end remain with some dense sauce, almost with its oil.
