- 350 gram chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tea spoon thyme
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 2 tablespoons for you margarine
You can increase or decrease the amount of spice according to your taste buds.
How is it prepared?
Mix all marine ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
Then add the chicken wings and mix all the sauce.
Cover with a stretch film and rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
In the middle of the day, take a pan over the oven and add margarine.
Seal the chicken wings, which are marine, for a few minutes.
Then transfer it to a baking oven and cook it at about 180 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes until it is tender. Take it out and serve hot hot.
You can serve it with lemon slices and greens.
