  • 1 pack of yeast (42 grams)
  • 1 glass of milk (warm)
  • 125 grams of margarine (half pack, melted)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tea spoon salt
  • 4 cups of flour (as much as you get)
  • 1 egg (for yellowing)

    For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Cooking Advice

You can use cheese, potatoes or olive oil paste for domestic spice.

How is it prepared?

  1. Melt the yeast yeast by mixing a large bowl of yeast, powdered sugar and milk.

  2. Take in the egg white, salt and liquid oil mixture and mix.

  3. Start mixing by slowly adding the flour to the mixture.

  4. When you get an unattached dough, put a damp cloth on it and let it brew for about 30 minutes.

  5. Make the beans so that they will be about 24 pieces from the yeast doughs.

  6. Open the beans until they are small flats and put them on top, put the melted margarini on top of each other, except the dough, and lay it on top of 6 pieces and open it again as a big circle.

  7. Slice the dough into 8 pieces of triangular slices and roll the wide part to the thin part to give the moon shape.

  9. Sprinkle the sesame and cook for about 20-25 minutes until it is golden yellow on top of the preheated 190 degree fry.
