- 1 kilogram of lamb loin (the name of the section following the rib)
- 150 grams of sunflower oil
- 30 grams red sweet powder red pepper
- 10 grams of garlic
- 5 grams of fresh thyme
- 1 kilogram medium length eggplant
- 50 gram flour
- 50 grams of butter
- 200 grams of milk
- 25 grams salt
- 5 grams black pepper
- 3 grams shredded muskrat walnut
For the likes of:
- 100 gram tomatoes
- 50 grams of pepper
- 40 grams of pomegranate juice
- 30 grams of grated red onion
For the service:
Open small holes on the belt aubergines you will roast in a stove or coal fire. Keep the baked eggplants in the bag for a short time so that the shells can be easily peeled. The sweating shells will be peeled easily.
How is it prepared?
For lamb smithing; scoop the lamb loin into a rectangular shape. Marinate for three hours in the refrigerator with the addition of sunflower oil, grated garlic, red sweet red pepper and fresh thyme.
To prepare the tiny eggplants you will serve during the service; cut a third of the aubergines of the belt 7 centimeters long.
Fry the eggplants, which you have drawn with the help of a knife, in the 180 degree hot oil for about 4 minutes. Briskly pepper and tomatoes, cut in half, cook in hot oil for a short time. After baking salt and sugar on the fried aubergines, stand on one side.
For the liked; roast the remaining aubergines for 10 minutes on a charcoal grill or stove. Chop the cooked eggplants into small pieces.
Melt your butter in a small saucepan. Add the flour and boil it for about 5 minutes to get a slight color. Cook the mixture of cold milk, shredded nutmeg, salt, black pepper and roasted eggplants for about 8 minutes.
Fill the inside of the tiny aubergines that you fry with the delicacy you have prepared, then take it to the serving tray. Place fried pepper and tomato slices.
Divide the remaining mixture into equal servings. Place the lamb loin pieces you marinated for three hours on the grill after cooking for 3 minutes on the grill.
Spread pomegranate juice and grated red onions over the meat and then share it with your loved ones.
You can also include rice pilaf during service.
