  • 4 lamb guts
  • Two dust. whole garlic
  • 6-8 potatoes cut into 4
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 1/4 cup. wine
  • 1/2 cup. olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh thyme

How to make?
