- 4 fl. flour for all uses
- 2 κ. G. baking soda
- 1 Mr. salt
- 1 ⅔ φ. sour milk or yogurt
- some water (1-2 kg)
How to make?
For lazy bread, first sift the flour and soda into a bowl. We make a puddle in the middle. Dissolve salt in sour milk, and add to flour.
Stir, knead or hand. If necessary, add some water or a little milk to mix the ingredients into dough. You will not have a smooth on the surface and gentle dough. will stick slightly. Fry the counter and knead for 1 minute.
Pick the dough into a ball, touching it on a floured sheet metal. We sprinkle with flour on its surface.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 200 degrees C in the resistances, for about 45 minutes, until it is thoroughly browned, browning, and when we hit the loaf underneath it sounds hollow, not heavy. Let the bread cool on a grill to dry well and make the crust crisp.
