Ingredients for lamb in the oven

  • 1 whole lamb shank

  • 1 tea spoon coriander seed
  • 1 tea spoon fennel seeds
  • 2 cardamom seed
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 tea spoon red powdered pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 leaves fresh fennel
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemon shredded bark and water
  • Half a glass of olive oil

Preparation of lamb arm in the stove

  • For spicy marination, crush the coriander, fennel and cardamom seeds with the help of a beater, lightly fry in a non-sticky pan, pick it up from the cold and let it cool. Mix salt, pepper and remaining spices in a separate bowl. Add garlic, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, olive oil and spicy seeds.
  • Take your meat into the flat oven cavity. Cut with a knife and spice it up with a brush with the help of the brush. Rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Wrap it in oily paper and cook for about 45-50 minutes until the meat begins to soften in a preheated 180-degree oven. Open it and cook for 15-20 minutes until it is hot and serve hot.
