- 1 teaspoon milk
- 250 g bitter chocolate
- 2 pack labelle cheese
- 2 bitter chocolate wafers

Labne cheese cold dessert preparation
- Take the milk in a saucepan. Add the chocolates to the big pieces. Mix the chocolates until they are well melted and boil them.
- Add the Labne cheese and mix. Cover with a sheet of greasy paper. Put half of the mixture in the mold. Add the coarse-cut bitter wafers. Cover with the remaining mixture. Cover it with greasy paper.
- Relax in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Serve cold served by decorating with crushed nuts.
