  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 liter water
  • 1 piece of kombucha mushroom (yeast)

Key point

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash the black tea, remove the excess water and brew it from the teapot like regular tea bins.

  7. In an airy environment, let it rest for 3-4 days at room temperature. Then you will observe the formation of the second yeast.

  8. With this formation of yeast, you should rest for about 10 days. It is in your hand to look at the taste of your tea and consume it a little longer or consume it.

  9. If you decide that your tea is ready, take the yeast from inside for the storage stage and raise the dolphin. Eat within 1 week.

  10. If you decide to continue the fermentation process, add honey and ginger to the end of the 21st day. Let it ferment and flavor for a few more days.

  11. At the end of the second fermentation process, you can consume it by removing the yeast.
