Cooking Advice

If you do not have garbage puffs, you can order a slice of eggplant as a meatball, in turn, to a proper oven tray.

How is it prepared?

  1. After stripping the eggplant and sprinkling the eggplant in the ring for a while in the salted water, drain, rinse and dry well.

    For the meatball:

  1. Peel the onion and grind it in a bowl. Add the ingredients, parsley, spices, breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoon water and knead well.

  2. Make tiny köfeler as close to the length of the aubergine slices as you make in the ring to the meatballs you have prepared.

  3. Take your garbage bottles and start stacking to make a slice of aubergine meatball. In this way, all the köfteler and eggplant are indexed to the puffs. If you do not have garbage skewers, you can also put a slice of eggplant in the oven tray, a meatball.

  4. Place the kebabs you have prepared in a baking tray on which you put greasy paper.

    For the top:

  1. Open the slug with hot water. Add the spices and the oil and mix well. Take this prepared sauce over the kebabs.

  2. Wash the tomatoes and chop them into the ring and lay tomatoes on top of them to completely cover the kebabs.

  3. Cover the oven tray with oily paper, then cover it with foil and bake it for about 30 minutes in a 200 degree oven preheated in this way.

  4. Then open the cover of the oven and remove the foil and the baking sheet. Pour the oven over the oven and leave it for 10 minutes.

  5. At the end of the cooking period, take the köpteli aubergine kebabs in the service tray and serve them hot hot by decorating with cooked tomato slices.
