Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon basmati
  • 100 ml. coconut milk
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 cardamomes
  • 2 cloves
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 sweet spoon rice flour

    For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 4 tablespoons kaju

Key point

Dilersen can add a pinch of saffron to a slightly yellow color, add lemon rind, vanilla stick and taste.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take a chicken’s milk, coconut milk, powdered sugar, rice and spices in a deep cooker.

  2. Add rice flour and mix well.

  3. Begin cooking with low heat.

  4. You will then observe that the rice has begun to swell and gradually begin to build consistency.

  5. Continue to cook in this way until the milk is a little pulled and mixed thoroughly until it is thick.




  6. Then remove it from the heat and remove the spices with the help of a spoon.

  7. After relaxing at room temperature, share the buckets and serve them with raisins, kaju or other dry nuts you like.
