Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 bunch parsley
  • 1/3 bunch of dill
  • 3 branch fresh onions
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

    To cook:

  • 1 tea glass sunflower oil

Key point

You can also add the finely chopped anchovies to the slices to remove the bones according to your taste buds. Depending on the season you can also add greenery, black cherries or chard.

How is it prepared?

  1. Flour, milk and salt well in a deep bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add this mixture and mix well.

  2. The inside is finely chopped; parsley, fresh onion and dill, and mix well. Heat a pancake pan with a nonstick base in the oven.

  3. Spread oil as much as 1 tablespoon of spice, take a scoop of slippery dough you prepared with oil and send it to the pan.

  4. Bake beautifully by turning over the top. Bake all the mixture in this way by adding some oil to the pan every time. Serve hot hot.
