- 300 grams of wire kadayif
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 liter milk
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 pack vanilla
For the pudding:
- 100 grams of walnut (or pistachio)
How is it prepared?
Crush the kadayıflar into a bowl if you are using raw kadayıf slightly roast and crumble it.
Put the butter in the pan as much as 1 tablespoon and add the wire kadayifs that you have crumbled or roasted after the heat. Stir the kadayifs until they are well.
Add sugar to the kadayıf. Sprinkle a little sugar and pour it directly into a baking tray, leaving no space left.
Start preparing pudding while Kadayıf is in the cold. Pour 1 liter of milk into a pot. Add flour and sugar and mix quickly.
Add the vanilla and butter in it when the pudding consistency is achieved.
Take it from the oven and mix it with the mixer for a few minutes so that the butter is completely melted in a nice consistency.
Pour over the prepared puddings and spread the whole pudding in medium thickness.
Keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Soak your bacon and cut it into four pieces, then turn the pan up and cut it down three more rows.
Put walnut or pistachio nuts in the heads of each of the resulting pieces. Then start wrapping where you put it. Serve after a while.
You can serve it with antep peanuts and chocolate sauce on it.
