Ingredients for kabea wrapped meatball recipe

  • 2 squash

For meatballs

  • 300 g ground meat without oil

Kabalı wrapped meatball preparation

  • Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes and cut into long slices. Take all the ingredients needed for the meatball into a deep bowl, knead it well and let it rest for half an hour in the fridge. Cut small pieces and give them a ball shape. Put a bench in the shape of two cupboards plus shape, put the meatball in the middle and cover the squash slices from two sides.
