Ingredients

  • 700 grams of chickpea flour
  • 750 ml. boiling water
  • 10 grams of crushed garlic
  • 200 ml. olive oil
  • 195 grams tahin
  • 100 ml. lemon juice
  • 1,5 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 tea spoon red sweet pepper

  • 50 grams sliced ​​dry meat
  • 50 ml. olive oil
  • 1 stick pickle
  • 2 seedless black olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Key point

Take care to burn chunks of chickpea until it smells like flour. After bringing it to the paste consistency with the addition of boiling water, add other ingredients and mix for a long time.

How is it prepared?

  1. Roast the chickpeas with a deep flaccid smell. Add boiling water by mixing.

  2. Take the mixture coming to the consistency of the dough and wait until the room temperature.

  3. Mix crushed garlic, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin and red sweet pepper in the food processor.

  4. Add water slowly at room temperature, mix for 10-15 minutes and take the edge.

  5. Serve the ingredients proportionally with sliced ​​dry meat, stuffed peanuts, olive oil, sliced ​​black olives, roasted pickles, colorful cherry tomato slices and chopped parsley.
