- 3 ready-made yufka
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of yogurt
Dilersen can be enriched by adding white cheese.
How is it prepared?
Egg and kneaded in a container, ready to chop on a stand.
Open the loaf over the counter by placing it on top.
Spread the yoghurt mixture you prepared thoroughly on each layer of yogurt separately.
Make a large roll by folding all of the yufkas that are put on the layers with yoghurt mixture.
Lift the rolled dough into the refrigerator.
When you cook, remove the yufka from the refrigerator and split the pieces into two fingers.
Fry pastries in a pan that you piss off with olive oil. Serve hot in the tea accompaniment. Bon Appetit.
