  • 4 pieces of puff dough
  • 5 medium sized sausages
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

    For the above:

  • 2 food spoon flax seeds
  • 1 egg yolk

Key point

You can taste your hot dogs with the spices you like, or you can try our recipes without using spices. You can add sesame seeds or sesame seeds on it.

How is it prepared?

  1. Remove the dough from the puffs and defrost at room temperature.

  2. Then spread the two milfoil doughs side by side with the help of a roller.

  3. Cut the nozzle properly so that the long medium strips are in place.

  4. Cut the sausages in half.

  5. Transfer it to a container. Mix well with olive oil and spices.

  6. Wrap the ribbons you’ve prepared on the sausages. Do not forget to combine them from one end to another while inserting another strip.

  7. When all the strips and sausages are dry, transfer them to a baking sheet pans tray. Sprinkle egg yolks and flax seeds on them and cook them for about 15-20 minutes until the sausages are fried and the milfoil rises at 180 degrees. Take it out and serve it.

Service Offer

You can serve ketchup, mayonnaise, bitter sauce or another sauce stick with your choice.
