Ingredients for honey celery cake recipe

  • Half a cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup ginger powder ginger
  • 2 sweet spoon lemon slug
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Half a teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 + 1/4 cups of flour
  • A pinch of relief dust
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6-8 red plums

Preparation of honey plum cake

  • Take 1/4 of the sugar and a small ginger sauce pot. Cook sugar for about 3-4 minutes until lightly melted. Take the edge by adding the grated lemon peel.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the butter and the remaining half of the sugar with a mixer until it reaches the creamy consistency. Break eggs one by one, add honey and cream and continue mixing. Add flour, baking soda and cream and beat for 3 more minutes. Finally, add the cooling sugar mixture. Take the mixture into a round oven bowl with oily paper.
  • Cut the plums in half and remove the cores. Place the inside out on the cake. Bake for 50-55 minutes in a pre-heated 180-degree oven. After serving, remove from the container and serve.
