- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 3 tablespoon powder almonds
How is it prepared?
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the whites of the eggs for 2 minutes with a high speed mixer.
In a separate bowl mix the honey, milk, cocoa and almond well.
Add the intensive consistency of egg yolk into the mixture in 2 times and mix gently with a spatula.
Lubricate and distribute the mixture you have prepared to the souffle molds (so that half of the containers will pass a little) that you have covered with very little cocoa.
Cook for 10-12 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven and consume with good taste.
You can serve your lava cake with ice cream.
