- 500 g pennies with stripe
- 2 rustic sausages
- 1 fl. parmesan or kefalotyri
- 2 fl. anthotyro or anthotyro cream
- 2 fl. Mozzarella
For the sauce marinara
- 1/4 fl. olive oil
- 2 sk. garlic
- 1 kilogram of finely chopped tomatoes
- 1 Mr. thyme and basil
How to make?
We start the oven pens, first removing the bowel from the sausage. Bake it in a non-greasy pan without fat. Cut into chopped wood.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes. Salt and pepper for 15-20 minutes to thicken. Toward the end of the boil, pour the spices. Boil the pens in salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain them slightly so that a few liquids remain on them and put them back in the saucepan.
Add 1/2 fl. parmesan cheese, mix and empty half the pasta in Pyrex. Put the anthotyro and sprinkle with mozzarella. Pour 1 cup. tomato sauce and add the remaining pasta and the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180-200 degrees for 45 minutes. Unwrap and bake for 15 minutes extra. Finally, let it cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
