- 1 glass of flour
- 1 teaspoon liquid oil
- 2/3 water glass of water
For the dough:
- 1 water glass of carob and molasses
- 1/2 cup water
You can add flour or water to adjust the dough consistency. If you use molasses, which is a must for this dish, and you use another molasses instead, you will not find the original taste.
How is it prepared?
Mix the flour, oil and water and knead to obtain a dough of the ear lye.
From this dough you have prepared, cut pieces of walnut size and roll it between your hands and stretch it like a rope. Then give the shape of the gullurian by dwarf spiral.
Boil a tencered water and molasses. Boil the dough you prepared the boiling molasses in the water and boil it for about 20 minutes.
At the end of the cooking period, take your guts from the pans and serve.
