- 6 apples
- 1 fl. sugar
- 1 fl. juice fresh orange
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 cinnamon stick
How to make?
We clean the apples. Remove the pits with the special tool and keep the apples whole. Put them in a small dish to fit them.
We equilibrate sugar at the heart of each apple. Smooth with orange juice. Place cinnamon in between.
Cover the apples with paper and aluminum foil. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Remove the lid. Roast with lemon juice and pour with pan syrup. Continue baking for 30 minutes.
