Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of beef meat (large chopped)
  • 3 onions (edible)
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp spoon red pepper
  • 1 tea spoon salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 800 ml. water

Cooking Advice

If desired, you can also cook by adding tariffs from potatoes or your favorite vegetables.

How is it prepared?

  1. Extend a wide range of butter and oil.

  2. Add the spices and mix together after turning the onion and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes.
