You can have your cookies in the fridge for up to 1 night if you have the time. If you do not have the time, it will be the fastest way to freeze for 1 hour in the freezer and to dissolve for a while at room temperature. If you do not want to make it in roll form, wrap the cookie dough you prepared in a round shape with a stretch film and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours. Your cookies will have a soft consistency when they first leave the flask. As we rest, we will stay calm.
How is it prepared?
Take margarine into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until it is creamy.
Then add the powdered sugar into the sugar melt and continue to rub.
Then add the eggs one by one breaking and then continue to whisk after each egg.
Finally, beat the molasses once more by adding it.
Add baking soda, lemon peel, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla to the spoon. Mix with a spatula.
Add a small amount of money by squeezing the flour. On the one hand, mix the spatula with the whole flour and eat. Take control at this stage so you can intervene if you have prevented the flour from getting too much or too little.
Knead with a soft cookie dough.
Then divide into two equal parts and obtain the coils in the thick, medium length.
Stretch the rolls and wrap them in the iceblock for about 1 hour.
Once you have removed and let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes, then obtain a medium thickness round with the help of a sharp, flat knife.
Cookies on the oven tray with baking sheet are one by one.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes until the top is lightly red. Take it out and enjoy it after listening to it at room temperature.
