Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 grated lemon peel

For frying:

  • 1 cup oil

For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 grated lemon peel

How to make?

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.

  2. Add sugar on it. Beat eggs and sugar with a whisk well.

  3. milk mixture to the egg-sugar, flour, baking powder, add the vanilla and lemon zest and mix well.

  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet.
