  • 150 grams of margarine (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup warm lukewarm milk
  • 1 pack instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1,5 tea spoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 3 branches finely chopped fresh thyme

    For inside:

  • 2 branches finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 150 gram white cheese
  • 50 grams of cheddar cheese

How is it prepared?

  1. Handle Unu into a large container.

  2. Start to blend with margarine flour. Then add in the other ingredients and start kneading.

  3. Transfer the prepared dough into a clean container and let it brew for about 1 hour at room temperature.

  4. Then mix all of the interior materials in a container.

  5. Cut the beans from the fermented dough into walnut size. Lightly open it in your hand and add a little bit of inside water.

  6. Cover them in round balls. Transfer onto oven tray with oily paper and cover them with a damp cloth and let them brew for another 20 minutes.

  7. After the fermentation period, cook them for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees. Take it out and serve it.

Service Offer

You can then add margarine on top and add flavor to your taste.
