  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 sweet spoon lemon juice
  • 10 strawberries
  • 200 grams of blackhead

    For the top:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of margarine (melted)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanillin

    To decorate:

  • 5-6 strawberries
  • 1 handful of blackhead

Cooking Advice

We used strawberries and blackberries in the recipe, but you can use the combination of fruits and fruits you want according to your taste buds.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the eggs and powdered sugar in a beating container and beat them with a mixer. Then add oil and milk and beat for a while.

  2. Add lemon juice, flour and baking powder and beat for a few more minutes. Then pour the cake mixture that you prepared in a cake mold that you have oiled the dub.

  3. Wash over and sprinkle with strawberries and blackberries, cook for about 35 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

  4. Prepare the top syrup when baking cakes. Beat the margaritas together nicely with the powdered sugar. Then add lemon juice and vanilla and beat for a while. Your sherbet is ready.

  5. Check that at the end of the cooking period, cook with the correct toothpick. If your cake is tender, take it out of the oven and transfer it to a serving tray while it is still hot.

  6. On the cakes you picked up on the service tray, run the syrup that you have prepared yet warm and let it cool down like this.

  7. After the cake is cold, garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
