- 350 grams of fresh beans
- 5 eggs
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 sweet spoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tea spoon salt
Since you will get a mixture of crepe paste, you can pan with a spoon. If you do not want to cook one by one, you can put all the ingredients in a large pan and cook it whole and slice it.
How is it prepared?
Wash the beans and clean the bones, then leave the beans to boil for about 15 minutes until they soften in salt water.
When the beans are boiled; egg crumbs in a bowl and add the finely chopped parsley, add the salt with pepper and mix well.
After the beans are overcooked, pass them through cold water to avoid coloring, and finely chop the boiled beans, then sprinkle the flour over their tops and blend them well.
Add the egg mixture you prepared with the beans and mix well.
Melt in a skillet and pour the mixture from the prepared mixture into a spoonful of chopped pans, frying the tops of the pits nicely.
Take the blister packs to a serving tray and serve.
You can serve it with finely chopped green onions, dill and yogurt.
