  • 1 kilogram of lamb with bone
  • 3 potatoes (peeled, medium-sized)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 pieces of onion (chopped chopped)
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper (according to your desire)

    For dough

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of water (as much water as you take)
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt

How is it prepared?

  1. Place the meat in a saucepan or a hot pot and add water until all the saucepan is filled with water.

  2. After 1.5 hours, boil the water, add the potatoes as the meat approaches the cook, and cook until the potatoes soften.

  3. Remove the meat and potatoes from the pot with the help of a colander and cook the boiled watery onions until they soften for 5 minutes.

  4. After filtering the onions and taking them from the pot, throw the pieces of dough into the same water and cook for 5 minutes. If the amount of water has decreased, you can add some more water and add the dough after it boils.

  5. Place the fried doughs at the bottom of the plate to be served.

  6. You can serve it with meat and potatoes, topped with onions and served with pepper.
