Fish With Melted Potatoes In Tomato Sauce And Sauerkraut




Ingredients

  • 1 sea bream or 1kg parcel
  • 1 olive oil
  • 2 sk. garlic broken
  • 3 dries red onions
  • 3 tomatoes red ripe
  • 3 fresh onions
  • 3 potatoes moderate
  • parsley fresh
  • fennel fresh
  • salt
  • pepper
  • aluminum foil
  • lemons for serving and garnishing

How to make?

For the fish in the potato oven, first heat the olive oil and roast the chopped onion with the garlic. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper for 5 ‘. Add the finely chopped herbs. In a pan, spread the potatoes in layers, put the onions in another layer and place the fish on top.
