How to make?
Spread on baking sheets on the bench. Place over a fish fillet, with the back resting on wax paper. Salt and pepper the fillets, isomoirazoume tomatoes, the fennel, fresh onion and caper leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil, close the baking sheets in a packet, turning the side below the fish. The compound of of greaseproof paper to stay on top so as not to run liquid food. Arrange the packets sheet, bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 20.
