Materials for Far East style chicken recipe

  • 350 g jellied chicken breast meat
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 5-6 asparagus
  • 8-10 mushrooms
  • Half cup of inner almond
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup water

For service

  • Boiled rice pasta

Far East chicken preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a container and take the side. Fill the chopped chicken meats and put olive oil in the hot pan. Get the chicken in the flank. Add the large chopped asparagus and mushrooms to the same pan and serve for about 5 minutes.
  • When the asparagus softens, add the sauce and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until dark. Then add the chicken, cook for 5-6 minutes, add the almonds and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve with boiled rice pasta beside it.
