- 4 eggplants
- 100 gram white cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon flake pepper
How is it prepared?
Peel the aubergines you have washed beautifully and chop them tiny.
Add water, boil for 10 minutes, filter and let go.
Tighten your water nicely afterwards.
Crumble white cheese with a fork.
Drain the slice thinly.
Boil the aubergines, boil the water together with other ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Prepare the baking sheet by taking 2 tablespoons of the mixture from the prepared mixture, giving the bowl a round shape.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.
You can serve your yogurt or tomato sauce additionally.
