- 4 potatoes (medium size, with shells cleaned with brush)
- 4 sweet spoon butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 cherry tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 branches fresh thyme
- 1 handful of parsley (chopped)
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
You can fill the potatoes with the battered egg.
How is it prepared?
Bake potatoes in boiling water until softened in a consistency that will not dissolve for 25 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from boiling water and play potatoes with the help of a knife or spoon.
Add a sweet spoonful of butter to each and salt it. Take care to come everywhere in butter and salt potatoes.
Fold the potatoes onto the oven tray with baking paper.
Break eggs into each one.
Add fresh thyme, salt, pepper and cherry tomatoes on them.
Cook the eggs for about 15 minutes until cooked in a pre-heated 180-degree oven.
After it is strained, it is chopped and served.
