- 1 sweet spice dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon warm milk
- 150 grams of margarine (melted)
- 3/4 cups warm water
- 3.5 cups of flour
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

If your hambuger bread is too much, cook it up and rest in the freezer by transferring it into the refrigerator bags. Remove it 7 to 8 minutes before use, dissolve some of it at room temperature and heat it for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft again at 180 degrees in a hot oven.
How is it prepared?
Mix in a deep bowl with warm milk, half of the water, melted margarine and dry yeast.
Then add salt and sugar and start adding the flour gradually.
After adding the flour, add the flour depending on the consistency of starting to knead.
Get a dough that is soft, unattached. Cover it with a stretch film and let it ferment until it reaches twice the room temperature.
Then get tiny beads and give them round shapes.
After shaping, cover with a damp cloth and let stand for another 15 minutes.
Transfer over the oven tray. Cover them with egg yolks and cook in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 20 minutes by decorating them with cucumber or sesame seeds.
Take it out and enjoy it after listening to it at room temperature.
