2 large trays
- 175 grams of butter at room temperature
- 3/4 water glass of powder sugar
- 1.5 pack vanilla
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 sweet spoon cinnamon
- 1.5 tablespoons cinnamon and powder sugar mixture
For the above:
Take care that the butter you use will be at room temperature. Bake in a controlled manner, taking care not to get too much red in the cooking stage. Since you will get a non-stick paste, take care to add the flour again in a controlled manner. If the consistency is softer than you expect, you can add some more flour.
How is it prepared?
Take your butter into a medium size bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix with a mixer.
Then add flour and vanilla into it and knead it until you get a non-stick cookie dough.
After adding cinnamon and kneading for a while, wrap the stretch film and let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes. If you do not have time, you can go to cooking without resting.
Take some large pieces of walnut from the cookie dough and shape them by nesting.
Place cookies on top of oven tray with oily paper.
Bake in a controlled manner for 15-18 minutes until the light color changes over the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
After taking it out and resting at room temperature, sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon powder sugar on it and consume it with pleasure.
Just as you can dispense cinnamon or just powdered sugar on it, you can enjoy it without any sprinkle on the side of the tea or cabbage.
