Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon kefir
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3/4 tea glass melted butter
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 2.5 – 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant maya

Key point

You can decorate the slices with linen seeds, oatmeal, etc., and you can wrap the eggs to get a more reddish image. To speed up the fermentation period we recommend that you let it ferment in a warm environment.

How is it prepared?

  1. Take butter, kefir, sugar, 1/3 cup water warm water and yeast melted in a deep bowl. Mix well.

  2. Then gradually add the flour, salt and water. Take care to do this in small increments. Start kneading one side too.

  3. When you get a soft and homogeneous dough, transfer your dough to a clean coarse-grained olive oil.

  4. Cover the film with stretch and leave it for about 40 minutes in a hot environment if possible.

  5. When you go up to two floors, you have a single leaf in the form of beads that you have rounded up in equal amounts to a cake of oiled cakes or a ceramic bowl.




  6. Stretch the film over and again if possible in a warm place if not 20, if available for another 40 minutes.
