You can decorate the slices with linen seeds, oatmeal, etc., and you can wrap the eggs to get a more reddish image. To speed up the fermentation period we recommend that you let it ferment in a warm environment.
How is it prepared?
Take butter, kefir, sugar, 1/3 cup water warm water and yeast melted in a deep bowl. Mix well.
Then gradually add the flour, salt and water. Take care to do this in small increments. Start kneading one side too.
When you get a soft and homogeneous dough, transfer your dough to a clean coarse-grained olive oil.
Cover the film with stretch and leave it for about 40 minutes in a hot environment if possible.
When you go up to two floors, you have a single leaf in the form of beads that you have rounded up in equal amounts to a cake of oiled cakes or a ceramic bowl.
Stretch the film over and again if possible in a warm place if not 20, if available for another 40 minutes.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the bouquet is gently swollen in a heated oven at 180 degrees and lightly browned.
Take it out and eat it for a while.
