- 500 gram flour
- 1 water glass of melted butter
- 1/2 pack of yeast (15 grams)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 piece of cut sugar
- 2 sweet spoon mahlep
- 1 sweet spoon fennel
- 1 sweet spoon roasted sesame seeds
- 1,5 sweet spoon donut
- 1/2 sweet spoon salt (reduced or increased)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

How is it prepared?

In a preheated 180-degree oven, cook for about 20 minutes until the top is red.
Serve hot or cold.
