Ingredients

  • 2 eggplants
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 8-10 basil leaves
  • 100 gr. ricotta cheese (or sweet lor)
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1/2 tea spoon white pepper

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash the eggplants thoroughly and slice lengthwise long.

  2. Take the olive oil to the pan and stir it up and cook the eggplant slices like a grill.

  3. Take the fried eggplant slices to the side.

  4. Blend the curd cheese with crushed garlic and white pepper.

  5. Split tomatoes four times.

  6. Put 1 egg tart, 1 slice tomato, 1 part walnut and 1-2 leaf basil on the tip of each eggplant slice, roll the eggplant slice and fix it with a toothpick.




Service Offer

If you are preparing for a healthy diet that is not for your diet, you can pour some pesto sauce onto it.
