Ingredients for cucumber pickles
- 1 kg of pickled cucumber
- 1 liter of water (boiled and cooled)
- 1’er meal spoon apples and grape juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 chickpeas
- 5 cloves garlic
Preparation of cucumber pickles
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Use a pin to pierce each slice through several places. Mix water, vinegar and salt in a trough. Add a glass of chopped chickpeas and 5 cloves of garlic.
- Place the cucumbers in the jar and add the water you prepared. Tightly close the jar and keep it in a cool, dry place for about 15 days.
