Ingredients for cucumber pickles

  • 1 kg of pickled cucumber
  • 1 liter of water (boiled and cooled)
  • 1’er meal spoon apples and grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 6 chickpeas
  • 5 cloves garlic

Preparation of cucumber pickles

  • Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Use a pin to pierce each slice through several places. Mix water, vinegar and salt in a trough. Add a glass of chopped chickpeas and 5 cloves of garlic.
  • Place the cucumbers in the jar and add the water you prepared. Tightly close the jar and keep it in a cool, dry place for about 15 days.
