Ingredients for lemon crumble muffin recipe

For the above

  • 1/4 water glass butter
  • 3/4 water glass flour
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 specimen spoon brown sugar

For Cake

  • 1/4 water glass butter
  • Half a cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Half sweet spoon vanilla
  • 1 lemon peel rim
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1. 5 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 glass of flour
  • Half cup whipped cream

For glazed

  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation of lemon crumble muffin

  • Take all the ingredients except butter in a bowl and mix. Melt the butter in a separate bowl and add the mixture slowly and mix. Take the edge.
  • Take the butter and sugar for the cake to the beating cabin, beat until it becomes creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, lemon rind, and lemon juice and continue mixing. Add a pinch of salt, baking soda, flour and cream and blend the whole mixture.
