  • 10 medium fresh potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 sweet spoon salt
  • 1,5 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash the potatoes in a crusty manner and divide them in half. If the shells are very dusty, clean the dirt with a hard front surface of a clean dish sponge.

  2. Then transfer your potatoes into the water-filled cooker.

  3. Add some salt and turmeric and boil for about 8 to 12 minutes until lightly softened.

  4. Take out and lightly press the tops with a glass.

  5. Then transfer it to a container. Mix well on top with melted butter, olive oil, lemon rind, grated salt and spices.

  6. Transfer your potatoes to a greased and baked-iron cast iron chop. If you do not have a ceiling, you can transfer it onto a greased ceramic oven door or onto a oven tray with oily paper. Cook your potatoes for about 20 minutes in a hot oven heated to 180 degrees until you are thoroughly grilled.

  7. Take it out and eat it.

Service Offer

Dilerenizde finely chopped rosemary, thyme or dill, you can expose, after you remove the olive oil after you can serve a little more.
