Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 almond cucumbers (or 2 medium cucumbers)
  • 5 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt strained
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Key point

If you want more potatoes to come to the tooth, you can also use it by grate.

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash potatoes well and boil them crusty.

  2. Peel the shells and lightly crush them with salt and olive oil in a bowl.

  3. Then grate the cucumbers in a separate container. Add garlic, yogurt, filtered yogurt and mayonnaise on it.

  4. Mix these ingredients well, then add the crushed potatoes and mix well. Take it to the serving table and serve it with ornamental cucumbers.

Service Offer

You can serve it with flour, pepper and powdered mint. You can add dill, you can add extra taste to the extra virgin olive oil.
