Ingredients

  • 200 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 2 pack vanilla
  • 2.5 – 3 cups of flour

    For the above:

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

Key point

Dilersen can be sweetened by adding 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into the dough. You can also add cinnamon into your powdered sugar.

How is it prepared?

  1. Add a portion of butter, vanilla and flour into a bowl.

  2. Then knead all the ingredients until they are mixed. Add flour at a rate according to the consistency.

  3. You will get a soft dough. Cover the dough with a stretch film and let it rest for about 20 minutes in the fridge.

  4. Remove the balls from the dough you are listening to in a walnut size. Transfer onto baking tray with baking sheet. You can also shape without resting.

  5. Bake in a controlled oven for about 10-15 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees. This time may vary depending on the performance of your oven.




  6. Take it out and serve it at the room temperature, then serve it and wait for the first batch of cookies to be discarded.
