Materials for creamy mushroom tortellini recipe

  • 1 packet of tortellini pasta

  • 7-8 oyster mushrooms
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt

Preparation of creamed mushroom tortellini

  • Boil the macaroni in plenty of water. Filter the water and take the nest. Lightly soteye olive oil with garlic, which you have crushed with fungi.
  • When the mushrooms are fresh, add the cream and boil for 5-6 minutes. Filter the tortellini pasta and place it in the serving tray. Run the moss on it. Decorate with Reyhan leaves and serve.
