- 400 grams of ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 250 grams of blackcurrant (fresh)
- 1 green village pepper
- 200 ml. cream
- 1/2 cup of white wine (or water)
- 1 teaspoon riche nuts
- 1 sweet coriander
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 branch fresh thyme
- 1/4 bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
You can also prepare your food using water instead of wine.
How is it prepared?
Clean the fungus with a brush before washing.
Add the salt, black pepper, coriander, chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme.
Make small balls and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to an iron cast iron pan. Separate the burned corners by the edges.
Sot the onions you thinly sliced in the same pan. Add the sliced green and red peppers and mix.
According to their size, add the two and four halibut mushrooms and let them sit for a minute or two.
Add salt, black pepper, nutmeg nuts and corns. After adding white wine, cook for 10-15 minutes at low temperature.
Add the last cream and mix. Close the bottom of the pot at the end of 1-2 minutes. Add finely chopped parsley and garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve hot hot.
