  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 branch fresh thyme
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How is it prepared?

  1. Clean the fungus with a brush before washing.

  2. Add the salt, black pepper, coriander, chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme.

  3. Make small balls and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to an iron cast iron pan. Separate the burned corners by the edges.
