• 2 fl. corn meal
  • 1/2 fl. flour for all uses
  • 1 ½ κ. G. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. soda
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 3/4 ph. milk
  • 1/2 fl. melted butter or seed oil
  • 2 small eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 kg of sugar

How to make?

Preheat the oven to 200ºC to roast the cornfish. Butter or grease a 25 cm square tray and put it in the oven to heat and burn well.

In a bowl place the flour, baking, soda, salt, sugar and pepper and mix.
Beat eggs, yogurt, milk and pour them into solids. Pour with melted butter. Gently stir with a spoon and pour into the hot pan.

Bake for about 25 ‘to brown well. Let it become warm and cut into pieces.
