Ingredients for Corn salted cakes

  • 2. 5 water glass whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 125 g butter
  • 4-5 dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon corn
  • Half a teaspoon black olives cut out
  • Half a cup of grated cheese
  • 2-3 branch dill
  • 2-3 branch parsley
  • 3-4 green onions
  • Salt
  • 1 meal spoon poppy

Preparing corn salt cake

  • Grab a wholemeal of wholemeal flour and corn flour. Add the baking powder and mix. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add milk and stir.
  • Mix well with liquids by adding butter, cube of dried tomatoes, corn, chopped black olives, grated cheese, thin greens, salt and poppy. Divide the dough into muffin molds. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Serve after the weather.
